Refund policy
At Formax Machines, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the issue. If a product arrives damaged, please contact us promptly at (800) 992-5279 or email us at sales@clarybusinessmachines.com for assistance.
Customers must inspect all items upon delivery and note any freight damages as "damaged" on the Bill of Lading (BOL). Returns are subject to a restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for return shipping. Refunds will not be issued for items that are not in resale condition upon receipt.
Equipment Returns & Special Pricing
- All equipment returns and special pricing requests must be confirmed and authorized in advance and in writing by Formax management.
- Authorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus applicable freight and handling charges.
Note: Custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable.
