Freight Charges and Shipping Costs
- Freight Coverage: Freight charges cover shipment from the factory to the destination’s receiving dock.
- Transfer of Title: Title and responsibility for the merchandise transfer to the purchaser upon shipment. The purchaser is responsible for filing any freight claims, if necessary.
- Freight Calculation: Freight charges for shredders vary based on package dimensions and weight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Location-Based Charges: Freight rates may change depending on the shipping destination. Our sales representatives will contact you with final shipping details before dispatching your order.
Additional Delivery Services
If special delivery services are required, please specify them on your purchase order. Additional charges apply as follows:
- Lift-Gate Service: A $125 fee applies if no loading dock is available and a lift-gate is needed to unload the equipment.
- Inside Delivery: A $125 fee applies if the equipment needs to be brought inside the building after being unloaded outside.
