The Formax Wire100 Manual Wire Binding Machine is a compact double-loop wire closer for binding and finishing booklets in the office. Its modular design allows it to be used on its own or attached to the Formax Punch100 Electric Punch for a complete punch and bind system. The Wire100 is adjustable for both 2:1 and 3:1 pitch wire, binds up to 250 books or 200 calendars per hour, and accommodates ReadyWire diameters from 1/4 inch to 1 1/2 inches for booklets up to 340 sheets.

Setup is quick and easy with no tools required, and the integrated wire holding station uses convenient fingers to hold the wire in place for easy paper loading. A low-pressure lever closes the wire, while the simple closure control adjustment helps produce a consistent bind across different wire diameters. For a combined system, the Wire100 attaches to the front of the Punch100 using integrated mounting pins; for stand-alone use, the optional Punch100-30 support stand is required. Wire-bound documents open a full 360 degrees and lay flat for easier reading, writing, scanning, and presentations, and double-loop wire binding keeps pages secure through years of use.
